The Harvey Multifamily Program addresses our underlying shortage of affordable rental units by creating new, flood-resilient apartment complexes that can be rented affordably. They told us they had camera's on site when we moved in and that is not the case. Our car was missing and we filed a report with police that is was stolen and notified the apartments and they did nothing and told us the cameras were not working. We later found out that it was towed for not having a parking sticker even though it was a new car we had for just 3 days. When we called management they informed us they do not monitor who comes in and towing trucks can come anytime in the night and tow your car without notice.
